Advising Session Costs and Services
Our Initial Advising session lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes at a cost of $100.00. It’s during this session that we discuss current plans, goals, expectations, concerns and realities that our clients (parents and young adult) have. We then engage in dialogue where we can share the variables, factors, and information that we feel you need to strengthen you decision making abilities. And as reminder, we want to work with young adults and parental figures in any of the below categories:
High School Seniors & Recent High School Grads
planning on attending some type of college after high school in a full-time or part-time capacity
entering into the workforce somewhere between part-time and full-time after high school
engaging in a combination of both school and work after high school
undecided and unclear on what their immediate future will entail after high school
Soon-To-Be College Grads & Recent College Grads
seeking to find employment in a professional career
planning to pursue an advanced degree
planning to pursue an advanced degree and also seeking employment in a professional career
undecided and unclear on what their immediate future will entail after college
We also offer the Follow-up Advising session that lasts for 1 hour at a cost of $75.00. Follow-up Advising sessions are extremely valuable for our clients that already had the Initial Advising session but would like more time to continue our conversations. We are able to cover a great deal of ground during the Initial Advising session, but we are aware that some of clients might need more time. Follow-up conversations are great for clients that have experienced unforeseen events and circumstances that may require our input. They are also excellent for our clients that wish to have heavier conversations on specific areas.
Older Cousin Advising currently only accepts payments via cash or check made payable to Victorino Moreira at the end of an advising session. Special payment instructions will be given to clients that meet with us via phone or video call.
How to Book an Advising Session
In order to book and advising session, please complete the questionnaire found at the link below. Once the questionnaire is completed one of our representatives will be in contact with you via email or phone in order to solidify an advising session appointment date, time and location.
